Enthusiasts World is the plan for an International School of Social Leaders, showcasing grassroots women’s leadership across different cultures and regions. The project grew out of the Polish Enthusiasts – a series of 100 interviews with social leaders, which gained wide recognition and were broadcast to a broad audience on CANAL+.

From Poland to the world

The first edition was launched in 2018, marking the centenary of women’s suffrage in Poland. We selected 100 leaders from across the country, women who change their communities every day and inspire courage, responsibility, and ecological awareness.

Today, we are preparing the international edition. The next chapter – Ukraïnky – will focus on resilience, reconstruction, and democratic transformation in a country fighting for its freedom.

Partnerships and collaboration

In 2025, a consortium of institutions was formed to support the development of Enthusiasts World. Together, we submitted the first grant applications to begin recording the international series. The consortium includes:

• NOVACT (Spain)

• Media Liberation Fund (Poland)

• Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art (Poland)

• Territory of Women (Ukraine)

What’s next?

In the near future, we plan to launch the interviews for the Ukraïnky edition, as well as publish the full Polish Enthusiasts series on the QCW platform – accompanied by key competencies of a Social Leader and a new course: “How to Be a Social Leader”.
